About ABHIYOGA
Abhiyoga is a centralised Complaint Redressal Management System (A-CRMS) designed for stakeholders of PTC Financial Services (PFS) to submit their complaints/ grievances on this online web platform. The platform is available to the stakeholders 24x7 to lodge their complaints/ grievances to the respective nodal authorities on any matters related to service delivery, or investor relations, or vendor issues. It is a single portal connected to all the Nodal Departments in PFS. This is terst demo info.
The status of the complaint/ grievance filed in A-CRMS can be tracked with the unique Account ID / Registered Email ID provided at the time of registration of the complainant. Auto escalations apply to A-CRMS in case the complaint is not resolved in stipulated time schedule. After every closure of complaint/ grievance, the complainant can provide feedback to improve upon the services.
Following will not be treated as ‘Complaints’ / ‘Grievance’:

- Court related / Sub-judice matters
- Suggestions
- Company Policy Matters
- General Queries
- Non-company Matters
Please Note : Any Complaint/ Grievance sent by email will not be attended to / entertained. Please lodge your complaint/ grievance through this portal only.
Complainant Types
Complaints / Grievances for only following Complainant Types will be accepted.
Please note: You may be asked to complete your User Profile details specifically applicable to Complainant Type(s) selected.
In case, your User Profile detail does not match with Company’s records, your complaint/ grievance is liable to be rejected.
